I’m not teaching someone else’s theory. I’m teaching you how I live every single day.
For me, it starts with the breath. My breath is how I control my world. I can read my own energy through it, and it talks back to me now. I infuse intention into every inhale — like an affirmation in action. I’ve tossed doubt in the trash. When fear and worry rise, I can feel it and change it. (it’s not always pretty…but it I can do it lol)
My breath has become my intuition antenna. Through it, I trust in my higher self, in the Universe, in God — whatever you call it. I trust my guides, I work with them, and I’ve learned to see from their perspective. I know how to use nature to reset my vibration, and I finally understand what vibration really is.
For years, I “raised my vibration” like a child splashing in shallow water — pretending to swim, but never really moving forward. I worked hard, made mistakes, and struggled through so many things that didn’t work. But the day I truly woke up, I thought: Wow. I wish I’d had a human guide — someone to make this easier and more fun.
Think of me as that guide. Not perfect, not polished — but real. Like the Mayan tour I took in Mexico back in 2012. Our guide showed up late, no clipboard, choppy English. I thought, this guy’s a disaster. Within 15 minutes, I couldn’t have been more wrong. He carried culture, energy, and lineage in his stories. He made us feel history come alive, like we’d stepped back in time. He wasn’t rehearsed or awkward; he could answer any question with passion and deep knowing. I still feel his energy to this day!
That’s how I’ve built this meditation series. Not by copying what everyone else is doing or trying to make it perfect — but by sharing from experience. My hope is that when you breathe, you feel the peace I feel. That you learn to create from how you truly are, not how you think you should be.
I see my vagus nerve as a living partner. She works with me, but she also has to deal with my unconscious thoughts, beliefs, and perceptions. I’m still training her — and to me, it’s fun.
This is what it means to live a life of consciousness. A life where you work with your energy instead of being run by it. A life where calmness, clarity, and joy aren’t accidents — they’re your way of being.

Inside the Program
Stage 1: Grounding & Intention (Weeks 1–3)
We start by slowing down and setting the foundation. You’ll ground your body, set clear goals, and create powerful intentions. This stage is all about habit-building — making your breath, journal, and daily practice part of your rhythm.
✨ Outcome: You’ll feel calmer, more focused, and anchored in what you want to create.
Stage 2: Riding the Waves (Weeks 4–6)
Now we introduce the brainwave journey — alpha, theta, delta, and gamma. You’ll learn what each one feels like and practice shifting between them so you can choose your frequency instead of being run by old programming.
✨ Outcome: You’ll recognize when you’re stressed or stuck and know how to shift your state in minutes.
Stage 3: Processing Fear & Emotion (Weeks 7–9)
Here’s where it gets real. Just like losing weight isn’t comfortable, neither is shedding fear. Old emotions and doubts will rise to the surface — but this time, you’ll have tools to process them and send them back to the light.
