Denise Cameron Holland

RMT DOMP

Denise Holland is a rare blend of deep clinical expertise, intuitive insight, and a relentless drive to uncover the true root of pain. A graduate of George Brown College in Fitness Management, a Registered Massage Therapist from Sutherland-Chan 3200 hr program, and a Manual Osteopath 2200-hour program with a Diploma of Manual Practice from the National Academy of Osteopathy, Denise brings 30 years of hands-on healing and advanced study to every client she serves.

Her career began at the University of Toronto's Athletics Department and Lyndhurst Hospital for Spinal Cord Injuries, where she developed an early passion for working with complex, chronic conditions. That passion led her to manage a thriving multidisciplinary clinic in Ontario, and to pursue thousands of hours in advanced training across modalities like Low-Level Laser, Radial Shockwave therapy, Kinesiology taping, Bowen Therapy, Reiki Master, Primal ReKinetix, and Biotensegrity cupping.

But what sets Denise apart is her uncanny ability to find the big blockages that are often missed by conventional approaches. She blends deep anatomical knowledge, manual techniques, intuition and energetic listening. Offering treatments that go far beyond the surface. Her results-driven approach focuses on restoring full-body balance, resolving pain at its source, and helping clients reconnect with their body’s own healing intelligence.

A passionate educator, Denise has taught within Massage Therapy programs at Aquinas College, ERP College, and Manaual Osteopathic College of Canada. She has mentored both massage therapists and manual osteopaths across Canada. Her mentorship programs focus on developing advanced palpation skills, energetic listening, and clinical confidence. She helps practitioners uncover their “healing superpower” and integrate it into a practice that feels aligned, intuitive, and deeply effective.

Denise’s love for osteopathy has extended to the animal world as well. She is currently completing her certification in Canine Osteopathy from the London College of Animal Osteopathy, and is a Ph.D. candidate for Metaphysical Science, Specializing in Anstestrial Healing.

Whether working with people or animals, Denise brings the same grounded, intuitive, and precise approach—always listening for what the body is truly trying to say, and always seeking the one shift that makes everything else fall into place.
